SHIPPING: Complementary ground shipping is offered for orders over $150 within USA. At the time of processing your purchase, there will be additional shipping methods to choose from: next day air, 2 days, 3 days select etc. We also ship internationally.

TRANSIT TIME: USA Domestic ground shipping takes 5-7 days under the normal circumstance. Expedited shipping methods are available for purchase during checkout.

The UPS^® Service Guarantee is currently active for the below domestic and international services but otherwise remains suspended: 

Domestic 

• UPS 2 Day Air A.M.^® – Effective January 22, 2024 
• UPS Next Day Air^®
• UPS Next Day Air Saver^®
• UPS Next Day Air^® Early

Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air Saver^® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS^® shipments and services not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination. 

For your convenience, The UPS Store^® and UPS Access Point^® locations all provide access to your vital deliveries. Where available, you can sign up for free UPS My Choice^® service which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, or redirect deliveries to another location, and also provides you with the ability to receive delivery notifications.

EXCHANGE

We offer one time exchange per regular priced order for FREE. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Requesting exchange to customercare@carrucci.com with the order# you wish to return and the style, color, size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and new shoes will be shipped out after we receive your return package. 

RETURN POLICY 

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from carrucci.com. 
• Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt. 
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
• Final sale goods are exempt from being returned. 
• Email customercare@carrucci.com with your order# for the return shipping labels or you may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package. 
• Flat return rate of $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used. 

REFUND PROCESSING

• Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
• Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
