Products
All of Carrucci materials are carefully selected to meet our high quality standard. We use first grain leathers, first grade leather suede on almost all the products. If a different material is used, like Velvet, Linen, etc. it will be noted on the individual product page.
Yes! Our shoes are made in US men's sizes in Medium width. We currently don't carry Narrow or Wide sizes. Please find our size chart here.
Carrucci shoes are designed in Los Angeles and responsibly made globally in only the top tier shoe manufacturers.
Orders
U.S.
Standard U.S. shipping will arrive in 3-7 business days to most locations. Alaska will take longer.
Express continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days for orders placed before 3 p.m. PT on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. PT on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Returns
EXCHANGE
We offer one time exchange per order for FREE for USA domestic orders only. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Requesting exchange to customercare@carrucci.com with the order# you wish to return and the style, color, size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and new shoes will be shipped out after we receive your return package.
RETURN POLICY FOR USA DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from carrucci.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Final sale goods are exempt from being returned.
Email customercare@carrucci.com with your order# for the return shipping labels or you may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package.
Flat return rate of $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used.
RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The actual shipping rate plus import duty will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

- If a gift card was used to purchase, your refund will be returned to that same gift card you had used. If you need the code resent, please reach out to us.
- If you paid using an installment plan, it's possible the funds may have cancelled out any remaining balance you have with your installment plan.
- Sometimes refunds will appear at the date of the original purchase, rather than the date of refund. It may even cause the original charge to disappear completely, rather than posting as a separate transaction. We recommend checking your original purchase date on your statement to ensure that this is not the case!
- Once you receive your refund confirmation email, it can sometimes take about 10-15 business days to post to your account, depending on who you bank with. If you're unable to locate the funds after this timeframe, please let us know!
