SHIPPING
Orders ship from Los Angeles to ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery. Complementary standard shipping is offered for orders over $150 within USA. We also ship internationally. Orders received before 2 pm Pacific Time will be shipped in the same day.

EXCHANGE (US ORDERS ONLY)

We are pleased to offer one complimentary exchange per order for U.S. domestic purchases.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of shipment
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
Replacement items are dispatched once the returned item is received

RETURNS

Eligible returns must:

Be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Include proof of purchase from carrucci.com
Be unworn and returned in original packaging

Returns are not accepted for:

Final Sale items
Sale items (eligible for exchange or store credit only)
Customized items
Shipping fees (non-refundable)
Gift cards

A $12.99 return shipping label fee will be deducted when using our prepaid return label for return for refund orders. The fee is waived for exchange orders.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund
Return shipping and duty/tax is the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without preapproval will not be accepted. You may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package.

A flat return fee $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment
Please allow 7–10 business days for returns to arrive at our Returns Center
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt
Posting times may vary by financial institution
