SHIPPING

Complementary ground shipping is offered for orders over $100 within USA. At the time of processing your purchase, there will be available shipping methods to choose from: next day air, 2 days, 3 days select etc. 

 

EXCHANGE

We offer one time exchange per order for FREE. You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Requesting exchange to customercare@carrucci.com with the order# you wish to return and the style, color, size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and new shoes will be shipped out after we receive your return package. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from carrucci.com. 
• Items must be returned within 30 days after receipt. 
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
• Final sale goods are exempt from being returned. 
• Email customercare@carrucci.com with your order# for the return shipping labels or you may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package. 
• Flat return rate of $12.99 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used. 

 

REFUND PROCESSING

• Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
• Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
